Carpool Maps & Campus Security

Dear Levine Families,

In order to proceed with utmost vigilance and protection, we want to enumerate a few enhancements we have implemented to boost campus safety:

1. REGISTER YOUR TOLLTAG
Our gate system has an access reader. Only those vehicles whose TollTag numbers have been registered with Ann & Nate Levine Academy will be able to activate the Main Entrance Gate (located on Frankford Road) automatically. If you registered last year, your tag will continue to access the gate during standard access hours, from 6AM—8PM, Monday thru Friday. For those needing to register a TollTag, please click HERE. Please return to Levine's Security Guard, sguard@levineacademy.org.

All vehicles may enter the parking lot during the designated carpool times (see Carpool Map and Carpool Flow below), or, when the gates are closed during off-peak, non-carpool hours, all vehicles must enter via the Frankford Entrance only. Registered TollTags will enter via the right lane, and all visitors and unregistered TollTags must enter via the left lane and buzz the intercom in order to be heard, seen, and interviewed, if necessary, before gate is activated.

2. BE RESPECTFUL TO OTHERS - REMEMBER PARKING LOT AND CARPOOL ETIQUETTE
Parking Lot Etiquette
- SLOW DOWN--speed limit is 5 mph at all times.
- NO CELL PHONES--distractions equal dangerous disasters!
- MOVE YOUR CARS FORWARD--even if this means your children will take a few more steps to enter the building.
- DO NOT CUT IN LINE--wait your turn.

3. ALWAYS HAVE YOUR LEVINE BADGE OR ID VISIBLE ON CAMPUS
Returning parents who had Levine Badges made last year can go forward as is with those same badges for this coming school year. All parents and registered visitors with Levine Badges must have them on their person at all times while on campus. Non-registered visitors (and parents who have forgotten their badges) will be required to present their driver’s license and be processed through the school's Raptor system -- at that point, you will be issued a sticker for entry.  Please remember, even if we 'know' you, we will have new parents and new team members walking the halls -- this process is school policy and safety protocol. We thank you for your cooperation and compliance in advance.
If you need to obtain a new badge (new families, grandparents, registered visitors, and returning parents who have lost their badges), we are happy to provide one. You will need to present your driver’s license to the receptionist to process you through the school's Raptor System and bring your Raptor tag to the Human Resource office where you will have a photo taken.

4. BE VIGILANT
In additional to regularly conducting readiness drills throughout the year, the school remains actively engage with the Federation's Professional Security Advisory Committee. Key personnel within the school will continue to attend professional workshops focused on the latest and most effective protocols in emergency and crisis management initiatives. It is our goal to provide the safest environment for our students.

As always, we welcome feedback and suggestions as we aim to uphold procedures and provide a safe and secure campus for all of us. Safety and security are our highest priorities on campus.

Sincerely,

Tom Elieff
