2023-2024 Back-to-School Packet

For the upcoming school year, we will be shifting all student medical information to an online database. There are many benefits to this change, including less paperwork for parents to complete each year, and having more accurate information which is accessible to parents and the appropriate employees at our school. The management system we have adopted is called Magnus Health. As this is a web-based system, you will have continuous access to your child’s health record as well as the ability to make updates when needed. You will also have the option to access the account after your child graduates.

On Monday, May 15, you will have access to your Magnus Health SMR account through the school's Veracross portal. We ask that you enter the health information required within your Magnus Health account for each child attending Levine Academy.

To access your Magnus Health Account:
Please visit the Levine Academy's Veracross portal to access Magnus using your Veracross Username and Password and click on the Magnus Button in the Parent Portal.

If you are having difficulty navigating the Magnus system, entering data online, or downloading the hardcopy coversheets and forms, or if you have any other questions, please contact customer support at Magnus Health by clicking the "Need Help?" button in the top left corner of your Magnus Health account front desk or by calling their support team at (919) 502-7689.

Thank you so much for your patience and for your participation as we launch this program this year. Please plan to complete Magnus forms for each enrolled child by Friday, July 14, 2023.

Log into your Veracross account and click on the Additional Services link to enroll in these additional services* now or wait: Weekly Challot, Library Book Club, Lulav & Etrog, Printed School Calendar, Additional School Directories, and Yearbooks.

In August, we will release the remaining additional services: Educare and Hot Lunch.

  • Artsonia: We are excited to announce that Levine Academy is creating online student art portfolios (K8 students) on Artsonia.com. Artsonia manages student art portfolios in a safe and educational manner, developing students’ pride and self-esteem and involving parents and relatives in arts education. We need your permission to create a digital portfolio of your child’s artwork for the 2022-23 school year. Please use the information below to connect with our new Artsonia account and add your child’s name to the roster.   • Parent, Grandparent, and Registered Visitor Badges: To secure a new parent, grandparent or registered visitor (i.e. nanny) badge, please email a passport type photo to Courtney Hensel. In your e-mail, please include your name, child's name, and relation to child. Badges will be available for pickup at the EC Security & Greeters desk during all orientation programs for those who complete the necessary steps prior to July 21st. When you come to pickup your badge, you will be required to present your driver's license and be processed through the school's Raptor system. We ask that all parents please abide by our policy of wearing your nametag/parent badge when entering the school building -- whether it be for Shabbat or any other reason.
  • Register Your TollTag for Gate Access: When gates are closed during off-peak, non-carpool hours, your registered TollTag will open the Main Entrance Gate (located on Frankford Road). Click HERE to access the TollTag form to register your vehicle. For driver's without registered TollTags, drivers will need to press the visitor button to connect with the receptionist with gates are closed.

Immunization Form: All enrolled students must be in compliance with the immunization requirements. Only exceptions granted will be for approved medical waivers.
