- National: Promising Young Writers, Poetry Society of Texas, Geography Bee, News Bowl, Continental Mathematics League, National Science League, Stock Market Game, Duke Talent Identification Program (sponsored by Duke University, offers seventh grade students who scored 97% or better on either the math or verbal portion of our standardized test the opportunity to take either the SAT or ACT college entrance exam with high school students.)
