Levine Academy Special ProgramsMiddle School Jewish Life Educator This named chair position will provide for a highly qualified, Middle School Jewish educator who will teach and exemplify a caring Jewish role model in the overall Jewish life of the school. This educator will be directly involved in minyan and informal and formal Jewish programming. An endowment fund for this educator will enable Levine Academy to recruit and retain this vital position. Endowment for the Challenge and Discovery ProgramAt the heart of Levine Academy's mission is the Challenge and Discovery program, which helps each student achieve his or her full potential. This program affords many learning options to accommodate students' different learning styles, interests, and abilities. This endowment will enable the Academy to provide the necessary staff and educational equipment needed to support this program. Levine Academy Technology EndowmentA comprehensive education requires a mastery of information technology and its many facets. This includes computer literacy, online learning via the Internet, building Web sites, digital imaging, and many other fascinating technological components. Necessary maintenance and updating of our state-of-the-art computer learning labs in the Janet and Jeffrey Beck Lower School and the Levine Academy Middle School are crucial to our classroom learning experience. An endowment for technology will allow Levine Academy the ability to continue to expand our IT learning programs, as well as remain current with ever-changing technological advances. Named Lecture Series Levine Academy would like to sponsor a lecture series, open to the community, on topics of interest to Jewish families with school-age children. A donation to this fund will help underwrite lecture series expenses, while honoring or memorializing a loved one. For More Information
