Endowed chairs and faculty development programs will provide a stable base of funds that will enable the school to increase salaries and benefits to competitive levels..

Named Teaching Chairs

This endowment will yield enough interest to help underwrite the annual salary and benefits of educators in the following departments:

Employee Appreciation Endowment

This endowment will allow the Academy to offer a “cafeteria plan” benefits package to all employees.This benefit offers tax breaks for all medical, dental, vision, insurance, pension planning, and day care expenses.

Professional Development

This endowment in will enable the Academy to offer multi-program offerings to faculty and staff. These development opportunities include workshops, seminars, and conferences that will enhance their skills and knowledge and maintain necessary professional accreditations.

Advanced Degree Endowment

This endowment will grant qualified teachers and administrators financial support to continue formal education toward a master’s degree, Ph.D., or Ed.D., concurrent with employment at the Academy.
