Endowed chairs and faculty development programs will provide a stable base of funds that will enable the school to increase salaries and benefits to competitive levels.. Employee Appreciation EndowmentThis endowment will allow the Academy to offer a “cafeteria plan” benefits package to all employees.This benefit offers tax breaks for all medical, dental, vision, insurance, pension planning, and day care expenses. Professional DevelopmentThis endowment in will enable the Academy to offer multi-program offerings to faculty and staff. These development opportunities include workshops, seminars, and conferences that will enhance their skills and knowledge and maintain necessary professional accreditations. Advanced Degree EndowmentThis endowment will grant qualified teachers and administrators financial support to continue formal education toward a master’s degree, Ph.D., or Ed.D., concurrent with employment at the Academy.
